Ana Hernandez is an integrative wellness coach, yoga educator, and movement specialist with a deeply holistic, trauma-informed approach to health and healing. Her work weaves together yoga, Ayurveda, embodied awareness, somatic practices, functional strength training, breathwork, and nervous system care to support the whole person—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Ana is an E-RYT 500-hour certified yoga teacher through YogaWorks and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ayurveda from Maharishi International University. She is also a NASM-certified personal trainer, Soma IQ™ breathwork coach, and Reiki Master, with extensive experience working in trauma-informed and mental health recovery settings.
Over the years, Ana has supported individuals and groups in a wide range of environments, including trauma recovery and mental health treatment facilities, private wellness settings, and one-on-one coaching relationships. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical—meeting clients where they are while gently guiding them toward greater strength, resilience, and self-connection.
Ana specializes in embodied awareness, somatic movement, and functional strength training, helping clients develop strength and mobility in a way that honors the nervous system and lived experience of the body. Her work prioritizes presence, internal awareness, and conscious movement rather than performance or aesthetics.
Ana’s work emphasizes sustainable lifestyle change, embodied confidence, and long-term well-being. At the heart of her approach is the belief that true health is not something to be forced or performed—but cultivated through consistency, self-awareness, and respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
